ABC School District is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive custodial cleaning services for its facilities. The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a responsible service provider capable of maintaining clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly school buildings in support of instructional and operational activities.
ABC School District operates multiple facilities totaling approximately 250,000 square feet of occupied space. These facilities may include elementary and secondary instructional buildings, administrative offices, restrooms, cafeterias, gymnasiums, locker rooms, libraries, auditoriums, and other common areas. The cleanliness and proper maintenance of these facilities directly impact student health, staff productivity, regulatory compliance, and the overall learning environment.
